Garden Studio Retreat Days in Oxfordshire

I run Winter and Summer Yoga Retreats Days at our home in rural North Oxfordshire.  Blissful Yoga, lovingly homemade prepared food and 'silent' country walks in a beautiful, tranquil setting.  In Summer we fling open the conservatory doors overlooking the garden and practice to the sound of bird song, enjoying lunch outside.  In Winter we light the wood burning stoves, fill the rooms with candlelight and embrace the Danish hygge concept of cosiness.

'Thank you, from the bottom of my very open heart, for the most wonderful day.  You put so much time and effort into making this such a special day for us all, from opening up your most beautiful country home, the delicious food, the program for the day, including such carefully chosen poems and quotes. Simply perfect. Thank you, thank you.'

'How peaceful - inner grounding, fab yoga and nidra practices and a lavish meal with delicious treats.  Thanks, lovely Catherine for an amazing day.'

'Catherine, you are amazing.  Thankyou for organising such a special day.  A true retreat from everyday life.  The setting, food and yoga have been amazing.  Thankyou so much.'

'Thankyou for sharing your warm and calm home with all of us and for bringing calm to my mind.'

Yoga and Mindfulness at The Garden Studio, London

A day of Yoga and Mindfulness practices with Catherine Adams and Mindfulness teacher, Rosemary Sandham.  This a great opportunity to immerse yourself in both practices.  Not everyone can take a week off to attend a retreat and you will be surprised just how much benefit you can experience in a day.  It will be led as a 'silent' day, essential for calming the mind, with a break for lunch and a closing tea ceremony.

'I wanted to write a note to thank you so much for the workshop.  It was such an incredible day.  You and Rosemary put so much thought into the structure of the day.  It wasn't overwhelming and it wasn't too loose.  You both pitched it perfectly for us all to learn.  I'm really going to try and keep this going and so I'm very grateful to you both for sharing your knowledge and experience.'

'I didn't really know what to expect but it was everything I could have wanted.'
